1. Where is Elegant Additions located in Houston?
   Elegant Additions is not located in a design center in Houston.  The showroom is close to the intersection of Highway 59 and Kirby Drive.  Exit 59 at Kirby and go south 3 blocks to Bartlett.  Turn left and you will find Elegant Additions about a block and a half down on the left.  ADDRESS:  2426 Bartlett, Suite 3, Houston, Texas
2. Where is Elegant Additions located in Dallas?
   Elegant Additions is located in a design center in Dallas – the International Center on Turtle Creek.  If in the design district, take Oak Lawn south to Irving.  Turn right on Irving and Elegant Additions is located about a block and a half down on the left.  ADDRESS:  150 Turtle Creek Blvd, Suite 203, Dallas, Texas
3. What are the hours of operation for each showroom?
   All showrooms are open:
   
   • 8:00 – 5:00 Monday through Friday
   • Other times by appointment only
4. How does this website work?
   Anyone can view this website.  We encourage you to call any of the showrooms for assistance in finding items you may be looking for.  While we want to help you immediately, we may be assisting other customers.  If so, we will take your number and call you back very quickly.  Once you are connected to a sales associate, they will talk to you about your needs and direct you to the products that are most appropriate.  You and the sales associate will be on the website at the same time.  When you find something that may fit your needs, you can print the item and its specification.  The sales associate will also be able to make notes of the items you would like pricing on, take your information, then fax or e-mail you a quote.
5. If I am a homeowner, can I come into Elegant Additions?
   Elegant Additions is a “trade only” showroom.  You are welcome to come in, browse and collect ideas but we will be unable to quote prices or issue quotes.  We warmly welcome you to bring your designer, architect or builder into the showroom to make your selections.
6. Do I need an appointment to come into the showroom?
   You do need an appointment if you would like to work with one of our professional sales associates.  They have been trained to work with any size and any budget project and can make everyone’s job much easier.  If you just want to come in for a get acquainted look around, you are always welcome.
7. What happens after I come in to make selections?
   Once you make your selections with one of our sales associates, they will take all of your selections and put them into a quote.  The quote will be sent to the trade professional to distribute as they see fit.
8. How do we place an order with Elegant Additions?
   Elegant Additions requires that a 50% deposit be placed prior to items being ordered.  Elegant Additions accepts checks and cash.  Credit cards can be used to pay for the balance of the order.  Credit cards can only be used for deposit with prior arrangements.
9. How will my items get to the job site?
   Elegant Additions receives all merchandise in its showrooms, where the items are opened and inspected for accuracy and defaults or breakage.  Boxes are then labeled with the location of the item.  When significant portions of the order are in and ready to be used, you will receive a call that items can be picked up.  At that time, your balance due will be provided.  Elegant Additions can secure a cost and arrange for your items to be delivered.  If the order meets certain minimums, some deliveries are included at no charge to you.
10. Is everything in all showrooms represented here on this web site?
    Absolutely not.  Elegant Additions has 8000 s.f. of showroom space in Houston and 3500 s.f.each in Dallas and Atlanta.  Each showroom has hundreds of pieces on display.  This web site is merely a representation of items that are available.
