Q: I’m not a trade professional. May I still purchase from Elegant Additions?

A: Elegant Additions is a “TO THE TRADE” business. We work with design professionals - interior designers, home builders and architects. We welcome home owners into the showroom if they are accompanied by a design professional or have an appointment previously scheduled with their design professional.

Q: My job is not located in either Houston or Dallas. May I still work with Elegant Additions on my project?

A: Of course! We would LOVE to work with you on your project, no matter WHERE it’s located. We Work Everywhere. Learn more about our projects in Texas, across the U.S. and worldwide.

Q: When will I receive my purchases?

A: On average, items ordered from Elegant Additions will be delivered in approximately 8 - 10 weeks from date of purchase. Some items may take longer, depending on finish, style and manufacturer.

Q: Do you have local pick up and delivery available?

A: Effective March 1, 2023, we have moved all products out of both our Houston and Dallas Showrooms and into our new distribution center. Product pick-up or delivery arrangements MUST be confirmed in advance, with a minimum notice of one business day. 

REQUESTING A DELIVERY? Please contact your showroom.  They will facilitate the delivery to your desired location. Please note that all deliveries will be scheduled with you via our warehouse. 

NEED TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS AT ONE OF OUR SHOWROOMS? All items will be stored at our new centralized distribution center in Houston, TX.  We require a minimum of one business day to transport products from that site to our showroom. Contact your showroom directly, either via phone or email, to schedule the pick-up of your items.

Q: How do I know what to order when it comes to sinks, bathtubs, etc?

A: We invite you to make an appointment with either of our showrooms. Bring in your blue prints or plans. Our sales associates will be happy to assist you with your selections and tell you about the options such as finishes, sizes and features.

Q: What is your General Return Policy?

A: Most of the items we sell are special order and therefore not returnable as per the manufacturer’s policies.

Please contact your sales associate regarding any returns.

Q: What happens if my item is defective?

A: Simply call either of our showrooms and ask to speak with someone in customer service.

Q: Are all of the items that you carry listed on your website?

A: No. We carry hundreds of items, of which only a few are shown on our website. To see more of the items

Q: How do I convert measurements to inches?

1 inch = 2.54cm. To convert inches to centimeters multiply your figure by 2.54.
