SO EXACTLY WHAT DO WE CONSIDER AN OUT OF TOWN JOB?

Out of town jobs are defined as any project in which product supplied by Elegant Additions will need to be delivered / shipped to a jobsite and/or customer warehouse located outside of the Houston / Dallas metro area.

DO I PAY MORE FOR OUT OF TOWN PROJECTS?

Out of town orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Outbound shipping charges are not included on your final quote, a separate shipping invoice will be created. Shipping charges will be calculated when each phase of your order is ready to ship. There are no additional charges for the products themselves.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS FOR MY PROJECT?

Products for your order will ship directly from our manufacturers to the Elegant Additions' warehouse. There the products will be received, inspected, and labeled specifically for your project. We ship products to you in complete stages – rough ins, finished plumbing trims, bathtubs, basins & sinks, toilets, etc.

In some cases, products on your order may be DROP SHIPPED to your location directly from the manufacturer.

Our standard shipping methods are UPS Ground or LTL Freight.Shipments.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY PRODUCTS WILL BE DELIVERED?

Once shipping schedule is confirmed you will receive an email with the shipment tracking information and an electronic copy of your packing list / pick ticket.

Once your delivery has been received, an email will be sent to confirm the delivery and its condition.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM OR QUESTION WITH MY ORDER?

Elegant Additions offers out of town customers the ability to schedule meetings with our teams. We offer meetings via:

  • Teams
